Pipe wipers are molded from a specially formulated compound that is resistan to mud, water and oil?based drilling muds. They are designed to resist cutting, tearing and abrasion from a variety of drilling fluids. Pipe size cutting rings are identified in the center of each pipe wiper. As the pipe wiper wears, it can be re?cut to the next cutting ring available, allowing longer use of the wiper.

SINGLE pipe wipers have a hard rubber ring molded near the outer surface to prevent the wiper from being pulled through the master bushing.
DUAL SOLID pipe wipers are molded with two (2) hard rubber rings for reinforcement. Dual wipers provide a flexible double lip where oversize tool joints and protectors are used . Their wide slots allow mud to drain easily.
DUAL Split pipe wipers have two (2) metal rings molded inside to allow the wiper to split and wrap around drill pipe when using a solid master bushing.
